Editions is Shopify's biannual digest where they reveal all of the products, services, and optimisations they've been building over a the preceding six months.
I joined the Amplify stream on Shopify’s inaugural launch of Editions in June 2022. We designed an email and ad campaign to announce this new initiative to three unique audiences: our core, developer, and partner segments.
My role:
- Narrative strategy for email campaign
- Copy for emails and ads
- Design alignment
- Audience differentiation strategy
Results:
These performed extremely well, achieving a full 1% increased CTR against Shopify’s email averages similar for campaign-driven emails.
